1. About Vydhai

Vydhai is a US-based digital marketing agency that works with dental practices on AI search visibility (GEO), SEO, websites, Google Business Profile, paid advertising and related services.

2. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• submit false information, or information about another person without their permission;
• interfere with the Site's security or operation, or try to gain unauthorized access to it;
• scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the Site without our written permission.

3. Client services

Marketing services are provided under a separate written agreement or proposal between Vydhai and the practice. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement governs the services. Where we manage third-party accounts for a practice, such as Google Business Profile, Google Ads or Meta, we do so only with the practice's authorization and in line with each platform's own terms and policies.

4. Free audits and information on the Site

Free audits, articles and other content on the Site are general information, not legal, clinical or financial advice. Search engines and AI assistants change how they rank and answer, so we do not guarantee any particular ranking, AI mention, lead volume or result.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, belong to Vydhai or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use. Any other use needs our written permission. Third-party names and logos shown on the Site belong to their owners.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information through the Site.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vydhai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
