Privacy Policy
Effective October 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Vydhai LLC (“Vydhai,” “we,” “us” or “our”), which operates Vydhai Dental, collects, uses and protects information in connection with this website (vydhaidental.com) and the marketing services we provide to dental practices.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a strategy call, a free AI audit or otherwise contact us, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, practice name, practice website, specialty and any message.
- Website address submitted for an audit. If you enter a practice website in the free AI audit box, we receive that address so we can prepare the audit.
- Phone calls. Calls to our published number go through a call-tracking service. We log the calling number, time and duration of the call. Connected conversations are not recorded. If you leave a voicemail, the recording is stored so we can return your call.
- Usage data. Like most websites, we collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed, referring pages, browser and device type, approximate location and IP address, using cookies and similar technologies.
- Client account data. When a practice engages us, we access the advertising, analytics, search and business-listing accounts the practice authorizes us to manage, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile and Meta.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your request and provide our services;
- To prepare audits, proposals and reports for practices;
- To manage, measure and improve marketing for the practices we work with;
- To operate, secure and improve this website;
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the rights of others.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Google user data
Some of our services connect to Google APIs, including the Google Business Profile APIs, with the permission of the practice that owns the account. We use that access only to manage the practice's own listings, posts, photos, reviews and performance reporting on its behalf. Information received from Google APIs is not sold, not used for advertising, not shared with anyone other than the practice that owns it and the service providers needed to deliver our service, and is handled in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. A practice can revoke our access at any time from its Google account or Business Profile settings.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes data under Google's Privacy Policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
5. How we share information
We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, database, email delivery, call-tracking and analytics providers, who may use it only to provide their service to us;
- The practice concerned, where information relates to services we provide to that practice;
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect rights, safety and security.
6. Patient information
This website is for dental practices, not patients, and we ask you not to send patient health information through our forms or by email. Where a practice's work with us involves protected health information, we handle it only as the practice instructs and under a written agreement with that practice.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to provide our services and to meet legal obligations. After that it is deleted or anonymized.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither). To make a request, email admin@vydhai.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections across this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Our Terms of Service also apply to your use of this site.
12. Contact us
Questions about this policy or how we handle your information can be sent to admin@vydhai.com. You can also reach us through our contact page.
